Sacred Element Coaching™ & the Green Flame Tetrahedron 🔥
Sacred Element Coaching™ is a comprehensive transformational coaching system developed by Rev. Devin Ryback, The Mindful Mage.
This system is contained within and transmitted through the Green Flame Tetrahedron (GFT), which is inspired by the 5 Platonic Solids, and also inspired by other metaphysical and magick traditions which Rev. Devin has explored deeply. The GFT is one of many mental technologies you will discover as you go deeper in this work with him.
You might be wondering why this system has 5 phases while a tetrahedron has 4 sides. The fifth phase, Transformation/Ether, is implied by, arises from, and contained within the other 4 phases/elements.
Each part of this system supports every other part, and the overall result is the generation of personal empowerment and positive change in yourself and your life in alignment with your true desire.

1 — RELAX 💧
The Relaxation phase of the Sacred Element Coaching™ process corresponds with the element Water, and is all about relaxing more deeply than ever before.
This first phase aligns with the New Moon, to harness the energy of deep stillness and plant the seed of your greater intention.
Deep relaxation is the gateway to feeling safe and grounded and being in the present moment, which allows your creative powers to flow more easily.
2 — HEAL 🌱
The Healing phase of the Sacred Element Coaching™ process corresponds with the element Earth, and is all about allowing yourself to feel what you need to feel so that your body, mind, and spirit can fully heal.
This second phase aligns with the Waxing Quarter Moon, to harness the energy of gentle rising power and nurture your intention.
After learning to relax more deeply, you are able to get to the root of any pain and suffering which has been limiting you from creating the life you truly desire.
3 — FOCUS 💨
The Focus phase of the Sacred Element Coaching™ process corresponds with the element Air, and is all about guiding your attention in accordance with your intention.
This third phase aligns with the Full Moon, to harness the energy of powerful clarification and to let go of all distractions hindering the birth of your intention.
This phase involves learning how to navigate the "monkey mind" with ease and grace, so that you can channel all of the new unlocked energy from the Healing phase into the final phase of this process.
4 — CREATE 🔥
The Creation phase of the Sacred Element Coaching™ process corresponds with the element Fire, and is all about creating exactly what you desire. The entire process is about this, but here is where it all comes together.
This fourth phase aligns with the Waning Quarter Moon to harness the energy of gentle sustained power and to work steadily toward attaining your desire.
After learning to relax deeply, allowing yourself to heal blocked energy, and focusing your attention…
… you are ready to give birth to your intention.
5 — TRANSFORM ⚡️
The tetrahedron has only 4 sides, but there is a fifth phase in this Sacred Element Coaching™ process, symbolized by the wholeness of the tetrahedron, within and without.
The Transformation phase corresponds with the element Ether, and is all about integrating the Green Flame Tetrahedron and your entire experience of this journey, deeply and completely into yourself and your life.
This fifth phase aligns with the next New Moon, to harness the energy of both closure and renewal, recommitment to your new self, and recommitment to your intention.
When you have done this, you will be able to use the GFT whenever you wish, so that you can continue creating more and more abundance, love, joy, and positive change within and around you.

5-Week Intensive Sacred Element Coaching™

In fact, the above descriptions of the 5 phases is an outline of what this 5-week intensive program entails, beginning with the New Moon, riding that wave all the way through the next New Moon, and concluding with the integration energy of the next Waxing Quarter Moon.

This 5-Month program is less intense because there is more time to work with and disperse the energy of the container. There is also more flexibility in the number of members in the wave.
Each phase of the program expands to fill an entire month, rather than being focused and pressurized into the much shorter span of 1 week (again, this is why the 5-Week Intensive is indeed so intense 🔥).
Because each phase has an entire month to complete, each phase goes through an entire moon cycle, beginning and ending on the New Moon. There are 3 key differences in the structure of the Yearly SEC Membership when compared to the 5-Week and 5-Month SEC programs:
- The order of the elemental phases changes from Relax—Heal—Focus—Create to Relax—Create—Heal—Focus.
- The fifth phase, Transform/Ether, is infused with every phase, rather than having its own separate week or month.
- You can join and exit the membership as you choose, rather than waiting for a portal (however, there is a year-long commitment)
All of these differences are because the Yearly SEC Membership aligns with the astrological signs, their corresponding elements, and their progression throughout the year while following the New Moon.

Because we align with the natural order of the astrological elements, the magick container for this Yearly Membership is far easier to hold. Really, it is almost entirely held by the Cosmos, and not by Rev. Devin.
This is the major energetic difference between the Yearly Membership and the other two group programs, the 5-Week Intensive and the 5-Month "Slow Burn." These other two programs do not align with the greater natural elemental cycle of the astrological signs. Therefore it takes more personal energy and focus to hold the magick container and create a distinct wave each time the program occurs.
